If you have ever had to retain a lawyer for any reason, then you know how hard it is to find one with even half the traits I’ve listed above. We found the Joslyn law Firm in a situation that appeared to be extremely bleak. We had plans to travel outside of the country and we needed to get an updated passport because my husbands had just expired. The appointment to get it renewed same day was only 3 days from our travel date. When my husband went to renew it, he was told that he couldn’t renew it because of an outstanding warrant from over 22 years prior when he was a young kid and was hanging out with the wrong crowd. This was a very complicated matter since we lived in California and the incident happened in Ohio and happened so many years ago. At 5:30pm we called Mr. Joslyn's law firm and left an afterhours message explaining the urgency of our situation. My husband had no clue that this was still outstanding on his record and originally wanted to look to get this expunged from his record. Mr. Joslyn called back right away that Thursday evening, mind you the time was almost 8:30pm his time when he called. I don’t know very many lawyers that would have called back that fast or that late in the evening. Mr. Joslyn was upfront about how hard this situation would be to rectify in such a short amount of time. We literally only had that following day to see if the prosecutor and judge would agree. If it didn’t happen, then we would end up losing thousands of dollars in travel expenses and I personally would have been devastated since this would have been our first vacation since Covid. The following morning Mr. Joslyn’s' legal team were already working hard on our case, and we knew this because our phone was ringing with calls from them at 5:30am PST. This speaks volumes of their work ethic and care for their clients. Even though we were not promised this would get worked out in time and that same day, we knew if anyone was going to be able to make this happen for us it was going to be them!!! So, you can imagine the amount of shock and awe we were in when we received a phone call around 1pm letting us know that they had been able to lift the warrant. My husband was able to get his passport that same day and off on our 9-day family vacation we went. Words cannot express the gratitude and appreciation we have for Mr. Joslyn and his legal team. As I write this, I am tearing up because there are not a lot of people that would have cared as much as they did about our situation and we felt cared about, this is truly one of the biggest things that sets them apart from all the rest. A couple weeks after we returned from our vacation Mr. Joslyn called us to tell us more amazing news, Mr. Joslyn was able to get our case completely closed without us having to travel all the way to Ohio to do so. The cherry on top of this was when he told us that they were passing a new law and that my husband would soon be eligible to expunge the entire case from his record!!! I just don’t know how anyone could use any other legal team after reading everything I just wrote above. Joslyn Law Firm is PHENOMONIAL bottom line. After a drug case involving the death of my significant other, I was certain that I was going to prison, whether it be 4-6 years or 10. I was hit with 5 felonies, one of which was an F1 with mandatory time and another F2 with mandatory time. I was an addict myself at the time all this happened and was just trying to get by, We called Brian as soon as I was bonded out, as a scared ‘adult’ in my mid twenties I had no idea what to expect. First I was treated with actual respect and not how I viewed myself after what had just happened. After years of delays, rescheduling, etc, Brian somehow managed to get them to drop the F1, the F2 to an F3 with no mandatory time, drop the F5, and I accepted a plea deal in trafficking which is able to be cleared from my record if I just stay on the straight and narrow. I walked out of that court room, and now have him to thank for the freedom I never thought I would have. If I could rate them higher I would. Also how many people saw me walk out of the court room and audibly say “you got a good lawyer, you’ll be fine” I don’t know how I’m typing this in the comfort of my own home today but I am, and I have Brian Joslyn to thank for all of this.

Hello I was facing a DV case and also a violation of protection order case Thomas was able to get the DV case dismissed with 2 yrs of probation.. I was nervous being it was first time in any type of trouble... I have a fresh start once again .. My husband was arrested for arming himself with an M&P15 on our own property. If you are in a panic and feeling troubled about choosing a criminal defense attorney, I’m telling you Tamas Taber is the one for you. I am a retired police officer who was arrested for defending and protecting my family and home with a fire arm from two criminal con men hired through Angis-Homeadvisor. I was first provided a court appointed attorney who said my case was unwinnable and that the prosecutor was after me. I then contacted the “best” attorney in Lancaster according to all our friends and even he said he wouldn’t take the case due to it being unwinnable. We contacted other attorneys who just wouldn’t take the case. Well, guess what! They were wrong. Tamas took this “unwinnable case” and knocked it out of the park. What was the result you ask?
