I would like to give a big shout out to attorney Linn and her team for helping me expunge my criminal record (felony possession of marijuana, f5). The entire process was smooth sailing, and I didn’t even have to show up to court! I can’t thank the Joslyn law firm enough for what they’ve done for me. I can now legally check “no” when asked “have you ever been convicted of a felony?” I feel blessed and free as a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can now focus on getting my license to become a CFA level 1.

When we had a very unexpected and false accusation come out of nowhere against one of my children I didn't know what to do. I started by googling best criminals defense lawyers in Columbus, OH and the Joslyn Law Firm was at the top of the list. I was immediately impressed by the easy to navigate website and by all the information available on their site. I called the office that very day expecting to leave a voicemail as it was a Sunday. However to my surprise the call was answered. They took my info and said they would let Mr. Joslyn know. I expected a call later in the week and again to my surprise Mr. Joslyn took time out of his weekend to call me that very Sunday! I was immediately impressed that he even called outside of normal working hours. After talking with him I was 100% sure I had made the right decision to contact the Joslyn Law Firm. There are many times on the weekends where he was hard at work on our defense and he would contact us with questions which I was happily willing to answer. Personally I feel like I could have searched all of Ohio and not found a better attorney or law office to represent my son. From beginning to end my expectations were exceeded by how Mr. Joslyn and his team handled our case.
