I had a super pleasant experience with Brian at the Joslyn law firm. If you’re needing him for a felony like I did … then you NEED to choose him … and here’s why. So my case was felonious assault & I used a box cutter and caused SEVERE bodily harm to the victim. I had no priors HOWEVER the victim was pursuing it hard & wanted me to have prison time. Brian was able to get me probation. Although I’m aware that every case is different … I am glad that I chose Brian Joslyn to make my process soo much better & to keep my freedom. Pay the price for a great , reputable lawyer .. ESPECIALLY when your freedom depends on it . Good luck.

I can not recommend Joslyn Law Firm high enough. My experience dealing with Tamas was fantastic. His professionalism and knowledge was both reassuring and comforting. While I hope to never see him again, if anyone I knew needed representation, I would send them to Joslyn and Tamas without hesitation.

Great guy. Wish my felony could have been dropped. Lessened. Something... For life I will feel the affects of accidently breaking somebody's door when they provoked a fight. Yes I was wrong but Jesus I'm no bad guy felon burglar. Very sad system here in Ohio and I'm very happy to not see prison but in my personal opinion I was shafted and nobody took the time to even hear what had actually happened. I was treated as if I killed somebody when I had been nothing but respectful and compliant. My biggest flaw in my situation was being honest. If I can stress to anyone reading this... Do NOT be honest to police. Don't even talk to them. Refer them to your lawyer.
