Brian Joslyn is a very professional attorney and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Without going into much detail, things started off very bad and very serious. Having no prior experience and no understanding of what was going on, Brian and Bess were able to explain the situation and how the system works. From the start, he's been a class act and has turned some very serious charges into something much more manageable given the situation surrounding them. My lawyer was Tamas Tabor. My husband and I was facing robbery charges both F2 and F3. Tamas was very professional and he was able to get us no jail time pled to a felony 4 theft that we can get expunged off of our record. The judge put us on 3 years probation but agreed if we stayed out of trouble we would be off in a year. Tomas walked us through everything step by step. I had a cpo and a domestic violence filed on me. There was a custody case going on and none of this was easy. The other family was using my past against me. I moved to another state and knew nothing about what was happening and my wife was served with custody papers from her ex. We were contacted promptly after our initial inquiry and the firm continued to be responsive to our needs throughout the course of our case. I was in a bit of hot water with the city of Upper Arlington. I installed a new driveway and the contractor I hired did not pull the proper permit. And the driveway exceeded the maximum width allowed. After trying to contact the contractor with out any success and not having complied in time to correct this issue I received a summons from the Upper Arlingtons mayors court. This matter had now escalated to a criminal matter. The last thing I wanted to do is go to court and possibly have a misdemeanor on my record over a driveway!
