I am really grateful to this law firm, specifically with Ryan Shafer, who was my law council and personal lawyer. I was involved in a case with many charges at Columbus, Ohio: OMVI DRUGS/ALCOHOL, ONE WAY HWY OR ST, IMPROPER HANDLING OF FIREARMS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE DISCHARGING WEAPONS USING WEAPONS WHILE INTOXICATED. The lawyer dealt with the prosecutor and the judge at Franklin county municipal court to get all those dismissed or level down to misdemeanor charges, and I was really impressed with their job They are very professional, and they know what they are doing. Also, they took care of all I needed to get out of all these problems. I highly recommend this law firm for any criminal charges if you are in that position or have any problem with the law at Columbus, Ohio.

I had Luke Perkins represent me in a Custody case in June 2024. Luke failed to communicate with my care team, even calling the wrong location for weeks. Luke withdrew on the day of a hearing, and did not discuss with me that the other party was claiming I was coming to their house. 6 months later after recovering I find out while reviewing the GALs invoice that the same week Luke quit there was accusations being made by the other party. I was left without any defense, or a heads up people were filing false police reports against me during the most venerable time of my life. Children's Hospital diagnosed my daughter with Non-accidental trauma a year ago, and no one fought for us until now. Thankfully Children's Hospital has stepped in to help. I do not recommend this law firm if you are dealing with abuse, or a mental health crisis. My children and I were absolutely failed by Luke Perkins. -Rose Vacheresse.

While on vacation in May 2024, I was pulled over for my second OVI in six years. I was looking at up to 6 months in Jail. I decided to try a new law firm after not being satisfied with my previous representation. I searched google for “best DUI lawyers in Columbus” and saw the Joslyn Law Firm with a 4.8 rating. Like you are right now, I read through the reviews and decided to give them a call. I was directed to Tamas Tabor who took the time to answer all my question and set expectation. From the initial conversation I knew I made the right decision. Tamas was incredibly knowledgeable and more professional than my previous representation. I was also amazed at their low standard fee for an OVI case plus discount if you can pay up front. I worked with his paralegals over the next couple months awaiting my court date. I provided them any information they required. They were there for any questions. I had both a business trip and vacation planned during this time they helped to work around. I also worked with them to set up my driving privileges for work and to care for my mother. Anytime I reached out to them I would receive an answer later the same day or the next day. I really can say enough about their ease of reachability via email. The day before my pre-trial, Tamas called to discuss all aspects of my case. He went through all the evidence against me and gave me background on the judge assigned to the case. He explained his plan of attack and possible outcomes. While I was hoping for a miracle in my mind, I had accepted the fact that I was probably going to do some jail time. Well Tamas delivered that miracle. Having talked with the prosecutor about a couple technicalities regarding my arrest. Tamas had negotiated a deal where the OVI change was lowered to just a moving violation. This resulted in just a small fine and court costs. I also had to attend a 3-day driver intervention program. To say I was elated would be understatement. I was very grateful for this second chance he was able to get for me. I hope to never need his or the Joslyn Law firm again. but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them. I cannot recommend Tamas Tabor and his team more. If you’re reading this trying to decide what to do. Call them already!!!
