Ryan Shafer, my attorney and his paralegal Mackenzie Burse are two of the most awesome and efficient people I have ever had represent me. This is unfortunately my third time I’ve needed a criminal defense attorney and this firm was by far the best. Mackenzie and Ryan replied to every single one of my many requests in a quick and efficient manner. They are also kind and compassionate, and do not make you feel judged or ashamed. They got me an amazing deal in court and got my driving privileges back and the club taken off my car before the time it was supposed to be. I would look no further if you’re looking for a criminal defense attorney. Just stop right here and hire them. They are truly amazing! They are also very fairly priced and will let you make payments if need be. This was just an amazing experience compared to the other two times I have needed an attorney. Far above the rest.

I would be culpable if I didn’t do this review on Joslyn Law Firm LLC. We came across Joslyn Law Firm LLC after doing some research on the internet . This was our first time having to seek out an Attorney. After reaching out to the law firm they put us in contact with their Cincinnati Attorney. Who handles the Cincinnati area exclusively. The Attorney started out being very attentive. Calling us to check on us and getting updates on our son, all before we hired him. He was a fast talker and didn’t listen well but because of his aggressive attitude we thought he would be good. Once we communicated to him that we were indeed going to hire him. And sent Joslyn Law Firm LLC the agreed amount. The true value or less than value showed. Joslyn Law Firm LLC was hired on February 1 and fired on February 23rd. According to their attorney case activity report total hours work on the case was 12.7 hours. We paid to Joslyn law firm LLC $12,500 in which they returned to us $2,500 . We thought okay this can’t be right according to our Attorney-Client Fee Agreement with them and the Attorney on the case told us we would get all or most of our money back because he really haven’t done anything. We set up with the Cincinnati Bar a Fee Arbitration hearing and The Firm declined to participate. Joslyn Law Firm LLC has stolen $10,000 from my family or charged us an excessive fee. Either one of these are disgusting. This is a very small summary of our awful experience with Joslyn Law Firm LLC.

Brian joslyn does talk a great game He charged my family $20,000 to do a appeal in a criminal case filed one document or two and than when that got denied because he didn’t file it correctly he tried to charge my family $20,000 more to keep representing my family member And the case was lossed because of the mistakes that the joslyn law firm made When they had evidence that they could have easily won the case and he didn’t add it in the court filing So I wouldn’t recommend them they want your money and take it with a smile and a every thing will be okay .

My husband was blessed with Madison Mackay representing him. We trusted the process and she did not disappoint. She clearly had a great rapport with the court, she was comfortable and confident in front of the Judge which helped to ease our stress as well. She worked out an amazing deal, it went exactly as she said it would. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her and this law firm in general.
