Brian joslyn is a Very good attorney and a very good man not once did i feel like hope was lost and everything he said he meant the service I got from this firm they really care about you it didnt seem once like i was just another case to him and I feel like he put his all into it every time we went to court he helped me get my life back and I'm very grateful again an amazing man and an amazing firm highly recommended

Initial contact was a random selection from a web listing of attorneys. Boy did we get lucky. Ryan Shafer initially handled a citation for a senior week activity and just recently handled a traffic citation that could have been serious. His calm demeanor and reassuring behavior made a nerve racking situation tolerable. In the end, the outcome was far better and with lower fines than we had hoped. The entire staff at Joselyn was supportive and responsive to inquiries. Hope that we never have to see him again, but if trouble comes our way - I know where we are going.

Search no more! Brian Joslyn's law firm is THE best defense attorney firm in the Columbus and Delaware County area. I have never written a review before. Knowing how important it is to a person's future I felt that it might benefit others in similar situations to share how caring, knowledgeable and effective Brian was when handling my son's case. He was facing 3 felony charges and one misdemeanor. I was certain that he was going to have to go to jail. When telling Brian about the case I could tell how he was going to put his heart into helping us. Honestly you could see how much empathy he has for others. He was faced with a very difficult task because he had to also strategize how to undo damage that the previous attorney had caused. He answers and returns calls promptly, and is very knowledgeable about the current laws. Brian has a very strong presence in the courtroom. My son had all of his charges dismissed! We even had a huge amount of court fees that we no longer had to pay! Brian is now working on expunging my son's record from previous charges! He honestly has given my son his life back! He truly is amazing!

The Joslyn Law firm is everything you would hope for in great representation. They are great at reassuring you and put the work in to get the results you want. There was several times where I had to call, email, and text the law firm for multiple reasons and the response was always prompt. I needed specialty help from them due to my health issues and despite the increased work load I put on them they surpassed my expectations and did all I asked.

Response time is a little slower than was hoping with all the good reviews. I like that I was kept informed but I feel like more could have been done with my husband’s case. He had multiple charges and was looking at going away for 30+ years. While I’m happy it’s not that long and he kept my husband’s sentence on the shorter end of the spectrum but failed to request a mental health evaluation to try and appeal for a lesser sentence. My husband has mental illnesses and I feel like a request for such could have made all the difference, but I was being told it wouldn’t make a difference. Something just didn’t add up with that response. I did appreciate the effort though. Hopefully it won’t take so long to get him released. 😞
