Ryan Shafer did a tremendous job with my case. He was up front about everything and didn't sugar coat any of the details. He seemed very enthusiastic about winning this case for me. He made me feel at ease about the situation and even got a desirable outcome for me. I would give Ryan a 5 star review, for his hard work, dedication, and eagerness to win my case. but seeing how this is a review of my overall experience with the firm, I must say the paralegals I dealt with, were a disappointing. I spoke with one paralgeal, over the phone who said she could forward any paperwork or questions I had. So, I sent her the documentation for proof of insurance and several others forms. When I spoke to my lawyer, he never received any of the medical forms I sent, neither did his paralegal. I had also recently received a letter from the bmv stating that proof of insurance was never given to the courts. Overall, my experience hiring Ryan Shafer was spectacular and I would recommend him to anyone in search of legal counsel, the paralegals however, do not seem to communicate or share information very well. Update: the operations manager reached out to me and helped take care of my aforementioned legal problem, and explained why there was such a lack of communication. I greatly appreciate this kind of work from anyone.

Brian answers his cell phone all the time even on the weekends. I don’t think most lawyers are like that. You can tell he cares and you can tell this is his entire life. We need more people like this not just in the legal profession, but in general. More people should be as passionate as this man is. I’m lucky to have come across his profile and reading about him made my decision to hire one of the best decisions of my life.

My initial phone call with Brian was very informational and he gave me the opportunity to tell my side of the story, NO other attorney would take this much time to explain the process to me or has been as helpful as this guy. We need more like him. Thanks Brian.

Brian and his firm were absolutely great. Being involved with the legal system is somewhat nerve wrecking, but with the Joslyn Law firm they take care of everything for you. I never even had to go in front of a judge. 5 stars.

I got a DUI/OVI and hired Ryan Shafer not sure what to expect but he came highly recommended by a few of my friends. SO after a few continuations he came in and told me they dropped it to a physical control instead of the OVI. Excellent job considering they had a breathalyzer on me. He basically saved my job because i have to drive for a living on company insurance. Thanks Ryan !!!!! Excellent job!!!
