Love this law firm helped me out when I needed a lawyer the most. Got a felony to a misdemeanor and took care of my DUI case. No jail time served on either. No parole on either. These guys are legit

To whomever reading this, to give a little background about me, I am a very religious god-fearing person from India who never even think about doing anything illegal. My family is also like that. I always try to stay away from social media and never posted a review in social media before. But I wanted to share my experience here so it can help somebody who is in the same boat as me before. While going through a very peaceful and happy life with my family, my world suddenly turned upside down one day when Cops showed up in my residence with an allegation that my teenage son had committed some serious things over the internet. After questioning my son, they took his laptop and asked us to wait for a summons from the court. This is the very first time me or my family having even a conversation with a police officer and we all were scared to death. We really do not know what to do other than thinking about a suicide. The next day we started calling law firms one by one with out really reading any reviews. Each and every call I made, I got shocking responses like the cops are going to come back with warrant, this is going to a felony 2,very difficult to get into higher education and so on. My luck I can say started when I noticed Joslyn law firm in google. It was a Sunday and I called Law firm’s office. Somebody picked up the phone got all my details and requested me to wait for a call back. I was expecting a call back only next day but within 15 minutes my phone started ringing. I was so shocked to see that it was Brian Joslyn the principal attorney on the other side and also calling just within 15 minutes after I gave the information. I just cried and requested him to save my son. He calmed me down and gave me an appointment the very next day to review this. We met the next day. He was completely honest about how things will work, what to expect but bottom line he kind of told me that he will do whatever in his power to save my son. When a person like me got into this kind of thing first time, you can assume how much scared you can be as we don’t know anything about how the court system work, who to contact and other legal proceedings. To give the opinion from the heart, you will NEVER get a better attorney than Brian. My son went to deep depression several times. He was not able to sleep. He was having nightmares. But Brian was there to help him NOT only with legal things but also having personal talks with him several times to calm him down. I wanted to tell you each and every call I made was returned the same day. Each and every text message I send directly to Brian’s cell phone was returned in few hours. We requested in person meetings at least 20 times and Brian was there always to bring our spirts back. I remember Brian telling my son to leave all the tensions to him and be positive and continue with his studies. Another major issue was the immigration. Because we were immigrants here, a conviction can have him deport from this country. Realizing all these Brian took this case as his top priority case and worked tirelessly. Any way fast forwarding to today after long two years all my son’s felony charges are dismissed and no conviction on my son. The fees he quoted compared to the service he did was very reasonable. Brian, we really do not know how to thank you for considering my son not just as your client, but it was really like a younger brother. In these two years of panic, I also wanted to thank the paralegal Beth, Natalie and the office manager Angie Joslyn. Beth and Natalie were so helpful in keeping me updated with everything going on, replying to my queries and also going back and forth with court to get the information. Joslyn Law firm, our entire family salutes you for giving life back to my son and saving us from a collateral damage. To whomever reading this, at this time Brian is working on getting the case expunged. I will update for sure on expungement process once it’s done. No body can offer the kindness, professionalism and love that this law firm offered.

I have been on 5 year probation term but when I clocked the half mark I reached out to the Josyln law firm and they didn't ask alot, they did not have any hesitations to take it on and have it terminated. Long overdue thank you to Tamas Tabor who helped me during a domestic violence charge roughly a yr or 2 ago. The accusations was false and he did a great job of presenting my case and having it dismissed. Also most recently id like to thank Jennifer Springer who helped this yr to get split parenting time. If I could give this firm a huge 0 I would because they do not deserve the 1. They didn’t not listen to their client needs and wants. They failed to file the proper paperwork for their client’s case. They did not show up multiple times to court. Then to make matters worse, leave the client the day of court to state “they were in fear of the client because he has made threats to them” which they have no evidence for because it do not happen. This is a client who expressed his feeling of anger disappointment and frustration. Never were they verbal or physical threaten. Paid 12,500 and only refunded 1,000. If you care about your case please do not HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!! The fact that you are claiming we have anger issues is exactly why I plan to see your firm in court because that’s a defamatory to our character. My husband was your client which I was very much involved in his case and sir cameras don’t lie, tamas was present in 2 court dates out of maybe the 6 we have had. I have all my receipts and do plan to take action against your firm publicly and in court. When you are hired, you have to listen to your client needs and wants. And since your firm is claiming that my husband has threaten you so bad that new security protocols are put in place, I hope you have the evidence to back up your story. You guys stole our money and did ABSOLUTELY nothing for his case of over a year. Please DO NOT hire this firm. I will update everyone who is reading this with the end results.

I don't think Tamas did all that he could have done in my case. I am still in the system in Lancaster and I am still dealing with illnesses that I had asked him to let my judge know back then I was dealing with and now two or three yrs later. I'm still dealing with the same situation my illnesses are worse and I'm still not able to get any more done. I'm in worse shape now and now I'm being told that I don't have a choice but to call this law firm really I was promised more years ago and I don't know what to do. Brian was awesome on the phone but then I got someone else
