I had a felony conviction  that I was wanting expunged. You can imagine the anxiety and fear in reliving that experience and the hesitation in wanting to tackle this once again. I reviewed criminal defense attorneys in Columbus, Ohio extensively. I kept coming back to Mr. Joslyn and his story as to why he became an attorney, his extensive experience, and how thoroughly he knew and understood the law. It became very clear that he had a passion for what he did. I took a chance and I am so thankful that I did. When I was first charged I was so nervous and anxious about what was going to happen to me. Being a college student I didn't want this to interrupt my school or potentially harm my future. Mr. Joslyn was so patient explaining the possibilities and calming me down throughout the process. He took my calls at all times during the day and was always willing to walk me through what was going on. You could tell that he truly cared about helping his clients, I would highly recommend him for anyone considering hiring an attorney.

Mr Joslyn is not a good lawyer. He took no time with me or my family. Half way through my case I had to hire another lawyer who took allot of time to explain everything to me. I found him through the internet. It was a mistake having him as my lawyer. He was very cheap up front then he kept asking for more money. Run away from this law firm. He is a young attorney that can't handle all his cases. A scale of 1 to 10. I would rate him below 1

In late 2013 I was indited on a felony charge. My second one..... With the help of Brian Joslyns and his team they worked tirelessly to keep me from serving a two year sentence. I was so scared and concerned I probably called there office two times a week over a 6 month period just to ask questions and they never made me feel like a bother. All of my questions were answered and they kept me informed during this process. During those six months I turned my life around and cleaned my act up. With that and the combination of there skills all I received was probation. I am so happy with the outcome and would recommend them to my friends and family. Real good guy down to earth and knows what he is doing. worth every penny spent and a lot cheaper then most lawyers i found that didn't act as if they realy cared unless you wanted to pay double the price upfront and still wouldn't give you any real answer to anything you ask but Brian let me know everything he knew and what he could do and he did what he siad he could do no empty promise turning your pockets inside out. my case was not an easy one and for what he did for me i am forever grateful i highly recomend this attorney
