I couldn't have asked for a better outcome than what I got with Luftman, Heck, and Associates. The money that they will save you in fines and fees alone are enough to cover their cost, and then some. Ben and Don were able to get charges lessened or dismissed and prevented any points to my license. The best thing, other than a clean record, is that I didn't even have to step one foot inside a courtroom!! They handled everything for me and I didn't miss any work! These guys are great! I was being wrongfully accused. Luftman, Heck and associates got everything straightened out. They put their extensive knowledge of the law to work to protect me from going to jail, and they got me a great outcome on my court case. It was a tough time for my family mentally and financially and this firm took care of everything for me. They were more than understanding about my financial situation and worked with me when it came to arranging paying my fees. I hope I never need a defense attorney ever again, but if I do i need Luftman, Heck and associates by my side and fighting for me.

I highly recommend this firm if you’re ever in any sort of legal trouble. Peter Scranton was my lawyer and he was absolutely amazing the whole time that my cases were ongoing. Any time I had a question or concern I’d text him and get a reply within minutes. I had two felony cases one of which was a new charge with a mandatory prison sentence and it got reduced to a misdemeanor, 2 years of probation. The other was an older drug charge that I was on ILC for and I was potentially facing a year for that due to the new charge. Ended up avoiding any jail or prison time and only having to continue probation. Very pleased with the results and Mr. Scranton made me feel more calm and comfortable during the 7 months of stress that I endured. I always felt that I had as good of a shot as I could get at avoiding jail/prison time with his representation.

I WAS REFERRED TO THIS LAW FIRM THREW A FAMILY MEMBER WHO HAD A SIMILAR CASE TO MINES. I WAS ASSIGNED PETER FOR HELP. PETER GOT RIGHT ON IT THE DAY HE WAS ASSIGNED. THO COMMUNICATION COULD OF BEEN A LITTLE BETTER HE STILL KEPT ME IN THE LOOP TO LET ME KNOW WHAT GOING ON WITH MY CASE.
