When I called Ben I had been charged and served an arrest warrant on a felony that I knew I didn’t commit. I was worried sick with a pregnant wife and a lot going on personally! He talked with me on the phone late at night and calmed me down a bit, we set a meeting. From the moment I gave him my payment they kept me well informed. I worked with peter throughout the whole process and they heard out my story and took my story to the prosecution. with the prosecutor dragging everything out peter kept on pressing for a resolution. Had Pre trial today and peter went in before me and came out to tell me they were dismissing the charge I had been accused of. I walked out a free man. Included in their services they are filing paperwork to seal the case at no additional charges you cannot go wrong hiring Ben and peter to represent you, if I ever need an attorney again they will be my guys! They work all hours of the day and night to prove you’re innocent!

Pete Scranton did an absolutely unbelievably fantastic job!!! He was very responsive and caring. Whenever I had a question all I had to do was text him and he answered within an hour. He took the time to get to know me and talk with me to understand me as a person and the challenges I was facing. Ben Luftman was excellent also. He responded to my initial inquiry on a Sunday and spoke with me for near an hour allaying my fears and explaining how they would be able to help me. Then, they achieved everything they promised!
