I don’t know much about attorneys or anything, because I never really needed to use them. That was until a family member of mine had an issue that needed legal counsel on last year. So I called about 3-5 law offices, and talked to them all. Long story short, Luftman, Heck & Associates LLP is who we felt most comfortable with. Long story short, LHA were very accommodating, extremely nice, and throughly professional. They helped my family member out tremendously, quickly, and there was never any hassle about anything. I don’t even need to say, “you should give them a chance to help you”, because my family and I know first hand, that there is no one better in this city, you should have to represent you. I highly recommend Luftman, Heck and Associates. This is why: Ben Luftman was available to take my phone call the day I called his firm looking for an attorney way before his office ever opened. As opposed to other firms, where I had to leave a message and eventually got a response hours later. He spent over half an hour on the phone with me, listening. Then confidently assured me that he would be able to help me. From that moment on, he and his partner, Peter Scranton were always and consistently available whether it be via text, email or phone calls. They provided advice and direction throughout the whole process, never leaving me to feel alone. There were multiple times I would reach out to them on weekends and evenings and always both Ben and Peter would respond with answers and guidance to whatever I was inquiring about. I was always made to feel welcome. Honestly if there was more rating than a 5 star I would not hesitate to give it to them. These lawyers know what they are doing and are the best people to hire as lawyers. The honesty, professionalism, and hardwork they presented was outstanding. My little brother was facing about 10-30 years of prison time and we hire them to represent us and they came through as they promised. Like I said if there was more stars to rate them I would do it in a heart-beat.

Ben Luftman is the best lawyer I have ever had I have in my life I have had previous charges before and he not only made sure I did not serve any jail time but he had my charge reduced to inattentive etc..driving I cannot tell u how elated, extremely grateful and relieved I am!
