Wanting to move to the Columbus, Ohio area; we were looking for an attorney and contacted Jeremy Heck. Jeremy Heck was able to explain the nuances of Ohio's real estate law, that applied to buying a house in Ohio. We found Jeremy to be very knowledgeable and well informed about Ohio's real estate laws. We were happy to find that Jeremy also teaches real estate law at Capital Law School.

No one ever plans on getting in trouble with the law (at least I didn't) so when I found myself in a situation where I was facing multiple charges I was in a state of panic. Not knowing much about the nature of the specific and most serious charge I begin frantactially researching it and discovered that it carried some heavy penalties if I was convicted of it. Not knowing what to do I began posting on some lawyer websites to find out what my next move should be. Only after a short amount of time of posting on one of these websites Ben Luftman reached out to me. He told me he has seen situations like this many times and assured me that he could handle it if I hired him. Not needing much more convincing especially after reading the good reviews, I hired Luftman Heck and Associates to represent me in my case. Ben did most of the talking and completely set my frantic mind at ease which that in my opinion was worth the money alone. Over the next few weeks and after an in person meeting with Ben my worry subsided substantially and I went about everyday life knowing my case was in good hands. Chase Mallory represented me for most of the court proceedings and made it so I didn't even have to appear saving me from having to take multiple days off work. After a few court dates Attorney Mallory informed me that he had gotten all the charges (one being a first degree misdemeanor) reduced to a single minor misdemeanor! I never could have imagined a better outcome and was amazed at the proffessionalism and expertise these fine lawyers used in handling my case. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone no matter what the charge might be to hire Luftman Heck and Associates! They not only got me out of the one of the worst situations of my life and gave me a second chance but they gave me peace of mind.
