My name is Chris. Ben Luftman helped me when I needed it more than ever. I made the mistake one night of driving to McDonald's after having one too many drinks. It had been a long day at work, and I was both tired and under the influence. I blacked out completely as I was sitting in the drive through. My next conscious memory is of sitting in the back of a squad car, covered in pepper spray, with multiple charges, including resisting arrest (even though I wasn't conscious during the arrest), and driving without a license. When I was released from jail 3 days later, Ben worked closely with the prosecuting attorney on my behalf, and successfully pled me down to just a moving violation and a minor misdemeanor rather than the resisting arrest with which I had been charged. In so doing, he not only enabled me to continue driving legally to and from work, but spared me a further 7 days in jail to which the magistrate would have preferred to sentence me. I will be forever grateful to Ben and his firm. The service he provided was worth every penny, and anyone in a remotely similar situation to myself should certainly consider hiring him. Truly, he saved me.
