Pros
1
Highly responsive and available attorneys
“Ben Luftman was extremely helpful from the beginning. He helped my family through a very difficult time and helped us achieve our desired outcome. I don't know what we would have done without him. His communication with us was second to none and now we can breath easy.”
2
Successful in achieving favorable outcomes for clients
“They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a very positive experience with this law firm. They were able to handle all my needs in a very hasty and professional manner.”
3
Knowledgeable and experienced attorneys
“Ben Luftman is extremely knowledgable and professional. We had a need for legal representation in Ohio and did not have a source for a referral. After researching online, we contacted Mr. Luftman. He, his staff, were quick to reply and provide excellent insight to the issue concerning us.”
4
Compassionate and understanding
“During a very difficult time for our family, Benjamin Luftman and his associates helped us in every possible way with integrity and compassion. We really appreciate their help in so many ways: their availability to answer our questions and keep us informed, the ethical and responsible manner of handling the case and the pursuit of the best possible outcome under the circumstances.”
5
Affordable and transparent pricing
“The legal fees were very competitive. My instinct is that most if not all other firms would have been more expensive. Anyone facing unfair or unwanted charges in Franklin County should strongly consider hiring Luftman, Heck & Associates.”
Cons
1
Occasional communication issues
“They don't return calls. It's not worth going with these people if you're going to be paranoid for 6 months. There is so much more I could say but definitely FU to these people.”
2
Lack of personalized attention in some cases
“Horrible service. Didn't show up to bond hearing after retaining him more than 4 months before indictment. Never filed paper work he said he filed. Showed up with paper work to jail that was inaccurate in the charge filed against me. Left several calls and emails unanswered in the months leading up to indictment.”
