I called to inquire about retaining services and the attorney not only promptly called me back took the time out to sit down and discuss my issue prior to trying to get me to come in. Unfortunately due to the specifics of my case we were unable to proceed but he was straight up with me and let me know that from the beginning instead of leading me along and taking my money. He even went out of his way to follow up and send me additional information on some cases going through the supreme Court that were similar to mine that I can follow along with to see if maybe there's a change that will allow me to proceed with my case. Overall I received outstanding service and I highly recommend this law office.

I was referred to Benjamin Cooper for a legal opinion, and he responded to my inquiry very promptly and flexibly. He was very professional, courteous, and caring. it is obvious Ben is very knowledgeable in what he does and was very easy to talk to about difficult topics.

Was referred to Cooper & Elliot by a very close friend and couldn't be more pleased with the result. They were very thorough and followed through on every detail, just as promised. Excellent, Caring, Thorough are the words I would use to describe Cooper and Elliott. I was represented by Sean Alto, with whom I would highly recommend, he did a superb job at guiding me through the entire process of litigation and even more so after the fact. Sean made significant progress with my case all while I was still healing in the hospital from a brain injury and a broken leg from a drunk driver who ran me over. Communications were very clear and concise and I never felt like I was out of the loop of what was going on, Sean met and spoke with me and my family whenever I needed and really went above and beyond in every manner. I cannot recommend Sean and his firm enough, they are one of the best. Sean truly has a passion for his position and it shows in his work and dedication to his clients. I pray I am never in the situation that I would ever need a lawyer again in the future but if I was I would not hesitate to call Sean at Cooper and Elliott for his help, guidance and representation.
