It took me a while to write this review because I had to order a thesaurus so I wouldn't over use the words awesome and amazing. I had been trying to get SSI for over 6 years when I first reached out to several lawyers. Like 8 of them. Chelsea from Philip J. Fulton Law Office was the only one who took the time to respond. She gave me excellent advice and told me what was needed to be done before she could come onboard my case. Cut to a year later (because Social Security is fast /s) and I emailed Chelsea again with my updated info and she was able to help me! She put me in touch with Kay who hand held me through the next year and a half of preparing for my case. Like, she is my hero. Anyway, I won my case after over 8 years of trying and its solely because of the work that they put in. They worked hard and answered all my questions every step of the way. If you need a lawyer, seriously, these are the people you want helping you.

Chelsea Rubin was my representative for my case. She was willing to take on my case at the last second when noone else would and did what needed to be done to have a successful outcome. Chelsea and her staff represented me for my Social Security case. They were all very supportive as well as informative to me. They never left me just wondering, all the staff put in the work while keeping me informed and minimizing my need to do very much. Chelsea said at the beginning that I would have to be patient as SS takes a while to get everything together and render there decisions. But that’s where the support comes in from the team! A lawyer friend of mine suggested that I contact Philip Fulton lawyers for my disability claim. I did, and Chelsea was assigned to my case after a few others. Fulton Law was happy to accept my disability case. I filled out the paperwork to make then my representative to the social security administration. I was told to collect all of my medical records and turned them over to the law firm. Then I was to go to SS and fill out appeal paperwork....years pass and nothing happens. Fulton law then advises me that they are not my legal representative and that I should pick up my records. These people did absolutely nothing to help my case in any way...I plan on making a complaint to the Ohio Supreme Courts disaplanary committee for due diligence. I plan on making sure anyone doing business with these people hear of my terrible experience with them. I swear that this is all true and factual. Steven

For anyone who has had to deal with anything to do with SSDI or the SSA, finding someone who can help and knows the intricate workings of our government agencies and reassuring me along the oh so lengthy process was tremendous.

As my lawyer Chelsea made sure that I understood everything that was going on in the process. She gathered all the medical information so I didn't have too. We are still working to get an accepted from Social Security for my disability, but I am sure we will. She knew how to prep me with what kinds of questions the judge would ask me so I wouldn't get confused during the trial. When the judge kept badgering me on my abuse by my brother and had a flashback and completely broke down, Chelsea made it so we could take a time out for me to compose myself.
