Steve Katz was extremely helpful with resolving a civil suit filed against us that involved a housing/lease agreement that was over ten years old. We were completely blinded. Steven Katz really fought for us against an unethical person that was trying to illegally and unethically take our deposit without following proper legal procedure and threatened legal action when we pointed it out. Mr. Katz was incredibly professional and it was clear that he wants to do what is right. I'm very appreciative and I hope the landlord has learned their lesson to be more ethical.
