“No responses. Hard to get information for case that are getting paid for. They have terrible communication and don't give any updates. Almost feel abused by the persons that are claiming to care.”

“Paralegal or lawyer called with update on lawsuit I am supposed to be involved in about five weeks ago. I called back three weeks ago, got connected to their boiler room. Called back again to the main number and left my contact info and person's name who had called me. Still no return call.”
