Pros
1
Exceptional legal expertise and experience
“Brad Koffel and his firm were professional and thorough from the first meeting we had all the way to the end of legal process. Their efforts in defending this case were responsible for my case ending up with the best possible outcome when it was adjudicated.”
2
Personalized and compassionate client support
“Describing the impact of this firm on our family is beyond words. From the moment I urgently reached out on a Sunday afternoon to the culmination of the case, where they went above and beyond despite it becoming a civil matter, they stood by us unwaveringly.”
3
Strong relationships and reputation within the legal system
“I was amazed by the great professionals who handled my situation smoothly. If perfect could be put into words then this company would be the definition.”
4
Transparent and efficient communication with clients
“From the beginning to the end, Tod was focused and strategic and leveraged his experience and relationships to provide for a world class experience. Dauna was communicative and knowledgeable and an incredible point person for me.”
5
Flexible and reasonable pricing options
“Brad Koffel and his group were competent, accessible, and effective by getting the case settled and the results we were hoping for.”
Cons
1
Potential for unsatisfactory customer service in some cases
“I called this law office for the first time and they were very distasteful. He asked me what the case is about. I told him one of the case was a child support back payment case. Without asking me details about the case the guy goes "Our thought process is if you owe child support than you should pay it instead of using the money for a lawyer."”
2
Concerns about fairness and equality in handling cases
“I'm filing a COMPLAINT with Civil Rights bc these White lawyers at Koffel Law are simply helping these privately owned jails (owned by other whites) TRAFFIC POOR HUMANS, like black and brown ppl by charging $15,000 (TO START) even when the DA HAS NO EVIDENCE IN THEIR CASE. THIS IS A DISCRIMINATIVE POLICY!”
