Jack helped us with a complicated lease involving a prospective tenant at a small shopping center. Work was done efficiently and effectively and resulted in a signed lease. Jack also helped on a deed restriction issue involving the same property. Jack went out of his way to ensure the deed was recorded the same day documents were signed.
