Kate assisted me with handling very substantial employment tax liabilities. I owned a small LLC in Columbus, Ohio. Kate assisted me in understanding the nature and extent of my liabilities. She corresponded directly with the IRS Revenue Officer who was assigned to collect on these liabilities. She had a good working relationship with the IRS Revenue Officer and she seemed to be highly respected amongst the collection division personnel in Columbus. In addition to working with the local Revenue Officer, Kate also assisted me in submitting an Offer in Compromise for my personal tax liabilities (including the trust fund recovery penalties assessed from my business). With Kate’s help, I was able to substantially reduce the amount that I owed to the IRS. I was able to pay this over to the IRS and get the tax liens released.
