Having to navigate the estate process, I appreciated the insight that Maggie gave throughout the process. The other attorney I contacted gave an estimate as a range of % of the estate - not helpful! Maggie was upfront about the cost, which was very reasonable.

They listened to what we wanted and were able to put it all together to make sure our wishes were respected and mattered. Definitely worth the free consultation if you have questions and concerns. Very poor customer service and client retention skills. The receptionist scheduled an appointment time for me. When I did not get my call, I waited to call the office, thinking the attorney had just run late on a previous appointment. I found out the attorney called 30 minutes before the appointment time and from a Caller ID Blocked phone. I missed the call. I was then told by the receptionist, that the attorney was unavailable and I would have to communicate via email or wait 2 weeks to get another chance to speak with her even via phone.

Jessica Roshon was wonderful in helping me navigate the Medicaid Long Term Care Approval. She was so helpful and professional and she is an expert in Senior Law. She answered all the questions that my daughters and I had in regard to the process. She was patient and thoughtful. From the Receptionist at the front to all the Lawyers, it is a very professional and caring Law Firm. I will definitely recommend your firm to friends and family.

Both of these attorneys provided patience and empathy beyond the wisdom of their experience. Divorce isn't what any of us expect. Attorneys Boiler and Petty were by my side each step of the way. And there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. This is a firm you can trust.

Extremly disappointed and overcharged by Pettyfor non contested dissolution. After paid then met with him was told I would get court date info few weeks after we signed and he files; MONTH later had to email to ask when was the date then he responded with date being another additional month. Scheduled our Hearing with a DUTY Judge meaning we had to sit through numerous cases even though set for 9am.. few hours later after 20 min Hearing... but got $300 bill bc had to wait over 2 hours when I'm sure since took 2 months get date could've found regular judge. MONTH after hearing still no copy of Decree of course I had to initiate the question..where is it since was told would get it within 2-3 weeks ; emailed to me few days later then ridiculous fee for that. Overall, like a said, poor communication and RIDICULOUS fees for simple non contested no children or property Dissolution. It's like he purposely waited for me to contact him so he could bill me then after over charging me tried to act like he was doing me a favor by "waiving" some final cost as if $2,500 wasn't enough for him to pretend like he was doing more than he was. Shame on you. Learn from me. Do not use this firm or at least not that attorney (Petty).
