Peter Binning is top notch. He really made sure I knew what was going on, and any time I had a question he was very quick to answer or reply. I had a scary situation, and he eased my mind all the way and really helped me not get buried by the courts and the cops. He really went to bat for me, and I would have a much darker situation had I made another choice. Thank you Mr Binning for your diligence and hard work on my behalf!

From our first phone conversation Mr. Binning was understanding, courteous, and very strategic in what would help resolve my case. My case was to plead not guilty on drug possession charge! He went in saying, "nothing is certain, but if I were to choose him he gave me an 80% chance he'd have my case dismissed." That sounded great but from what we've seen on the news recently, "WE" are usually guilty having to prove our innocence, rather than innocent before guilty. I put my money on him & he came through! The case was dismissed, with just court costs! I don't leave reviews online ever, but with someone this good, I think "WE" would be better served using someone who doesn't choose sides.

I was charged with speeding and OVI. I had used Peter before for family members before but had never hired him personally. Obviously I had lots of concerns and questions.He was able to provide me with all the answers and information I needed. He was always just a phone call or text message away. His knowledge of the law and familiarity with the judge and prosecutor was a great benefit. He was able to get my charges reduced to a reckless op which was a great relief to me. I will never be in this situation again but if a friend or family member ever is caught in this kind of situation in the future I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to them...

He is extremely personable and goes for the best result possible. I had an OVI charge along with two other violations and all 3 got dropped to just 1; reckless op. The consequences of this don't have the severity of an OVI charge associated with them. He puts your best interests first. He knows the judges and the prosecutors and is able to be your advocate when speaking to them. Every case is different, but investing in this attorney will certainly give you a better result than if you don't.
