Peter Binning is a great defense attorney and an even better man, he was able to help me articulate my thoughts and get the job done with my court case. I recommend anyone who needs a defense attorney to Peter, he is someone who is easy to talk to and is all around; a down to earth guy.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL lawyer, and just a great guy. I had a NIGHTMARE of an OVI case, and I really thought the world was going to fall around me. Mr Binning showed he cared, and it was probably normal for him but I felt he went above and beyond. No question went unanswered, and he really related to me on a personal level. A lot of lawyers I have known seem to give that impression that their clients are a burden or an obligation, and Mr Binning made me feel like I had a friend helping me. If anyone asks me for the best lawyer in the city, Peter Binning is going to be at the top of my list

Retained Peter Binning on Oct 1. He made a plea deal with the prosecuting attorney nearly 60 days later without even meeting with the client! He is a hack and not to be trusted. I am filing a grievance with the Ohio Bar Association to try and get my $4500 retainer back.

If you find yourself in need of an attorney, it can be tough to find one you like and who will also get the job done to your satisfaction. If you are bombarded by mail from law offices within days of an offense and/or google lawyers, you’ll most certainly feel an added sense of shock, confusion, and frustration on top of everything. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when researching lawyers: you have to find and choose just one person out of a mass quantity to (hopefully) help you through and out of a negative situation. Oh, and if you do your research (via Internet and word of mouth), you’ll find Mr. Binning’s fees are reasonable. They are most definitely worth it. Great attorney

I had a driving issue come up with the law. I needed an attorney and I had used Peter for family members before. Peter was able to provide me with everything I needed. If I had a question or a concern he was always a phone call or text message away. He helped explain every step of the process. I am done with my situation and am very pleased with the outcome. If I ever need to use him again I would, and will recommend him to any family or friends in the future.
