Unprofessional and dismissive behavior
“Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I was in an accident with a relatively new vehicle and when the accident was severe enough to result in a totaling of the vehicle, I believed the minimum I should receive was enough to get me back to a similar point with a similar vehicle. This would have required to get about a $7,000 settlement payment in excess of the money received to pay off the rest of my loan. When I mentioned this on the phone Michael literally laughed in a very demeaning tone and said "I've worked thousands of these cases, which of one of us do you think knows what they're talking about here?!”
