Lack of communication and follow-up from the firm, with clients feeling ignored or abandoned
“No responses. Hard to get information for case that are getting paid for. They have terrible communication and don't give any updates. Almost feel abused by the persons that are claiming to care.”

“I felt like Gregory was only concerned about the $$$ and definitely did not look out for my best interest. With that being said I ended up with nothing BUT attorney fee's.”
