Everybody with ISAACS and ISAACS that I have spoke with are very nice even the ladies that answers the phones. My attorney (Victoria) & paralegal (Colleen) are very sweet & empathetic about what I’m going thru. Colleen has let me cry to her & not once acted like she was in a rush to get off the phone. A lot of people don’t understand that when your going thru so much in ur personal life & health issues & then have something devastating like an accident can be traumatizing.
