I don’t know why the other reviews are saying what they are. It sounds like the people who she did not favor in a case are upset about her decisions. There are multiple reasons as to why a parent may not be the primary custodian and she investigated these reasons thoroughly.

Ms. Welch did a fantastic job for me! She is knowledgeable, sympathetic and very professional. I recommend her highly.

This woman had a bias against me from day 1 based on a lie that my ex told her. My ex is not stupid and clearly looked Rosemarie up on Facebook to realize what is important to her. She then formulated a lie so that Rosemarie would be against me from day 1. She never looked back. She continuously treated me like the bad guy throughout the year we were forced to work with her as our ad litem. I never stood a chance at maintaining the 50/50 time I had for 7 years prior. She ignored proof of emotional, mental, and physical abuse that my ex had subjected my daughter to all because of a personal bias against me. Rosemarie was out to get me just as much as my ex. If you are given a list of ad litems to choose from, AVOID THIS WOMAN AT ALL COSTS!

I was the victim of abuse from my ex for years, and she helped it continue by keeping my child away from me with no reasoning behind it. She pretended she was a mental health expert and used her "expert" analysis to keep my child from me while flat out ignoring letters from my therapist and psychiatrist she forced me to see as a condition of parenting time. Stay far away from this manipulator!

EVERYONE stay away from this women… as you can tell with her reviews she is horrible…

Only interested in the people she likes not being open and only being one sided also does not believe in parental rights.
