Totally unprofessional. Believed that my important legal matter was a laughing matter. I certainly did not appreciate him finding my legal difficulty funny enough to laugh at openly during our telephone conversation. I would suggest seeking legal representation elsewhere.
Really, I was rude? You were very unprofessional, I guess working in the hood lowers your standards a bit.

I contact Mr Bendig via e-mail requesting a response ASAP, assuming an email tomorrow. He was nice enough to CALL ME and personally let me know he could not take my case. He then spent a few minutes explaining and informing me of the law.
I truly appreciated his time and care; especially since he could not help me.
You could hardly ask more from an attorney, but he gave it anyway. :)
