If it is a scam They are scamming the United States Treasury as well Schuerger notifies the U.S. Treasury who then notified Social Security Administration to deduct payment for 40yo defaulted student loan from my benefits forcing me to live on $750/mo

I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by this firm. My settlement has not been finalized, despite numerous calls and attempts to expedite the process. The accident occurred in December 2023 when I was hit by a drunk driver. Now, in August 2024, I have yet to receive any form of payment, and my hospital bills remain unpaid. I spoke with Dan, hoping he would resolve the issue, but he indicated that the timeline depends entirely on the insurance company, suggesting it could take an indefinite amount of time. I understand there are other clients, but I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, especially considering the firm initially approached me, offering to assist with my settlement. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and based on my experience, I would not recommend these attorneys for future settlement matters. Another individual involved and affected by the crash has also been pursuing compensation, yet despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, they persist in stalling the process. It's incredibly frustrating that, in addition to these delays, they are outright refusing to take responsibility for the hospital bills—expenses that they are obligated to cover. This continuous evasion not only prolongs the situation but exacerbates the harm already caused, as essential medical costs remain unpaid.

My sister and nieces were in an accident in ‘23 and decided to give this team a chance only to be let down time and time again. The only time they would contact her is if she left a bad review. She stressed more trying to get answers from them than she did on the actual day of the accident. She immensely regrets allowing this team to fight for her.

They made sure that my family and myself were taken care of and even helped with scheduling and expediting the process as much as possible even with me living hundreds of miles out of state. I was shocked to find they already had networked physicians and doctors in my state and within 15 minutes of where I live. They made the process hassle free and I would recommend them to all family and friends.

I was a back seat passenger when my mom, sister and, I was rear ended in a car accident on Christmas Day, December 25th 2023. I was most impacted having pains in my back and collar bones, which required me and my family to travel for weeks back and forth across town to attend physical therapy. This was an added stress to my health and Schedule as I was a senior in high school. I was happy to complete my physical therapy and rid myself of the pain. However it was to my understanding that the financial burden of the car accident would be taken care of, given the drunk driver was at fault. We were Told by The lawyers Dan that we would have our settlement no later than the end of April 2024. It is now October 2024 almost 2025. We’ve been getting the runaround for almost a year now and have been met my with False Promises. My mother and sister who were in the front seat was able to receive their settlement however I am still waiting for mine. They are saying my case is pending and different, but it is not reflected in the amounts I will receive. This is VERY frustrating and Disappointing. I don’t understand how of all the people in the case I can’t receive what I am rightfully owed. The financial burden is now on my family and my mother had to set up payment plans with the hospital so her medical bills do not go to collections. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Especially because I am now a college student and have to work to cover the rest of my school expenses, due to all we invested in recovery, damages, and transportation. I don’t recommend this Company at all. You will not Receive the rightful settlement you deserve.

Awful, I was working with them for a full month and did not speak to an attorney not once. The case manager Linda then told me they couldn’t even get 10k from my case before allowing me to speak with the attorney throughly about my case, as if she wasn’t confident in the service they provided. I ended up dropping them I do not recommend.
