Very rude and talk down to you. Reporting to the BBB and sending an email to the State of Ohio's Attorney General.

How highly would you ever want to rate a collections agent? I think it would be nice if they could mail me some kind of a statement every once in a while (say, once every 6 months). I have to call them and ask "What is my balance often". Kind of annoying and inefficient. It would be nice to see all of the payments I am making.

I been dealing with them for 2years for my student loans,when I say they are rude,they are rude. No human emotion at all. The funny part is I have good credit and the department of education were so helpful and nice when paying off my loans. Let's face it you go to school get an education and sometimes that BA still isn't enough to get you to the money to pay back your loans. Things happen along the way and yet they act like you are the lowest human possible. Please get over yourselves and stop bulling good human beings that don't mind paying back debt.

I worked for this company on student loan collections. At first I thought this was a great company that valued their employees but once they found out that I had a brain tumor and I was going to drs to help with my headaches because they would get so severe that is when they started acting funny. I asked about FMLA and was told they didn't offer it. I would bring in Drs notes when I would miss and finally they told me they were goin to terminate my employment because I had 15 infractions!? I counters my paystub hours up and I had only missed about 9 days. When I asked for a copy of my infractions they said I couldn't have them. They let me go cause I feel that they thought I was a liability and wrongfully terminated me. Company has no compassion for their employees unless they have known you or worked with you in the past. WORSE COMPANY EVER! SHOUKD OF GOT AN ATTORNEY AND FILED WRONGFUL TERMINATION DUE TO ADA!

Very rude and unprofessional would not recommend for any of your collection needs
