I've gotten hit back in Dec2023 a driver was speeding down a icy hill hit me and another driver. The man that was speeding fled the scene but luckily the cops found him 5min later. My case was with Terri now with someone else. I don't receive updates I have to keep calling just to hear that the insurance company didn't reply and here we is at the end of September and still nothing. I would not recommend it should never take this long to settle.

Our caseworker Terry never contacted us the whole 4 months on this case we would leave messages our voicemails would never get returned.also We had to call our lawyer Chris flint just to get answers everytime we needed to know something. This place is not together and lied to us about our entire case. Definitely don't recommend and they take Hella ur money !!! Will NOT be back. Poor service and terrible experience. If I knew the outcome would be like this I would've definitely went a different route. There out for there money not really to help you ! Meanwhile they have had my account and routing # for some time now and still no money. Will be calling BBB

I recommend Daniel Smith & Lexi Healey. They were very kind. Very fast with response when answering questions or letting me know what was going on. I am very happy with everything they were able to do for me.

These attorneys would not take 😒 my case. They wouldn't fight against Pomeroy Ohio sheriff's office. They thought I was white trash 🗑 and didn't want to waste their time. The sheriff is a loser. The 2nd case is I got hit by a car 🚗 and didn't want to help with that. They are soooo above us. AVOID THEM.

Chris and Terry have made this experience as easy I believe it could have been for me. VERY responsive. Quick text back and even answer the phone and actually speak with me. I was kept very informed through the whole thing and I would highly recommend

Almost 11 months of constant lies from Chris Finn, and still no settlement, him and Zina have very lackluster communication skills, zero contact that I don't initiate, the buck is passed to anyone but them selves. Yet when I contact whome they are dealing with myself I'm told they haven't heard from my attorney in weeks /months. I will believe an insurance company over a lawyer any day .what lawyer doesn't have an answering service? 90% of my calls are answered with ringing till the line hangs up, and a response is always met with it's such and such I'm waiting for.."I called 3 times today and they haven't responded to me" , his exact words . I'm about to be homeless because these so-called amazing attorneys can't do the job they are being paid for. Go elsewhere , over priced firm full of lazy incompetent liars.

If I knew it would be like this I would have taken a different route. I was rear-ended in May 2023. I was sitting still when I was hit by a truck doing 55 mph. At first I thought I was in good hands. It started with Cale being my case manager then it went to Terri for some reason. I never receive updates, phone calls or even emails. I've reached out many time only to be ghosted. At this point I feel like I'm being scammed. I was sent an email by Terri back in December 2023 saying my lawyer Chris would contact me at his earliest convenience but here we are in late August 2024 and still no phone call. They have had everything they need since December so I have no idea why this is taking so long and why nobody can make a simple phone call to give updates. God forbid I ever have another accident I will not use this firm!

I was able to have peace of mind that they had my best interest at heart and they made the ENTIRE process as painless as humanly possible.
