They got me together. But it was a struggle though. I can't lie about that. But none the less it was a pleasure getting their help.

I have never had to deal with lawyers and paralegal before. I honestly didn't know what to do. I put my trust in my team and I am so glad I did. They fought for me and made this time in my life so much easier. I appreciate everything they did. I would seek their help again and definitely tell my family and friends.

I got in my accident in which I broke my kneecap,in March of this year(2024). In the beginning they called checked on me the 1st 2weeks,since then ie talked to them 2 times both of which I've had to reach out to them&when I complete the call I have to do the leg work to follow up with my dr. Got a referral them for a chiropractor(Cardnial) whom gave me injections twice,realized I was in Suboxone after the 2nd injection,when I went to get a loan from my settlement the dr suddenly forgot&didn't have records of the injections which lowered my settlement/loan amount..they say they go to war for tou,but basically you'll be in a paddle boat fighting yourself. Take the time to make sure your attorneys are really involved....... After expressing my concerns&confusion someone reached out(actually two people, my attorney and a case worker)immediately to see&get an understanding of just what I was going thru,once it was explained and she took time to look into it,she made me feel as if they're working on getting the best results possible for me&my situation.

Lawyer Daniel and his assistant Lexi are so sweet the both of them are beyond blessed and helpful all questions and concerns are answered. I’ve worked with them twice and each time was and even better experience their like family.

My Attorney Chris at the law firm was very attentive too me and my husband I highly recommend him he was helped us win our case after we’re in a bad car accident and had to go after insurance but during our time of need not only did attorney Chris help me and my husband but he also is the type of attorney you need that cares about there clients, he followed up with us during the whole process he provided us with communication and with a sense of peace and hope thank you guys again at Schuerger Shunnarah keep being amazing.

I was hit coming home one night by a driver under the influence of narcotics which in return of course she had no insurance . The accident messed up my shoulder . I was contacted by Renee F and Sean M shortly after my accident , Renee was nothing but so polite and knowledgeable through the whole process . Some time went by and I figured since the other driver had no insurance my case was just a lost cause and I gave up . I was wrong little did I know that Renee and Sean were still on top of my case and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the phone call from them that they had come to a settlement with the insurance company. All I can say is that if you ever need an attorney that fully had your back and best interest then this is the company you are looking for!! Owing a debt is never pleasant. Often we ignore it because of embarrassment or we don't have the money. I received a court judgement and called Sherri. She was pleasant, compassionate, got my debt reduced, and made it all go away. I appreciate the time she took to help me. Karrie was who took my payment, just as nice as Sherri. If more people were like them, I believe those who are in trouble would feel comfortable dealing with them.

James Sisto is wonderful. I've worked with him for years. Not only is he helpful and reliable, but incredibly patient.

They reached out to me immediately after my car accident, and made the process very easy from the get go. My Case manager Iggy Samudro had great communication and really put me at ease. He answered all of my questions clearly and quickly, which was much appreciated as State Farm was more than difficult to deal with. I initially wrote my review in May. I received a phone call from the lawyer Dan and he addressed all my concerns and assured me they would be better with communication and asked me to take down my review. I did remove the review trusting they would move things along quickly and swiftly so I could stop receiving messages about my hospital bills. For the most part they have answered or returned my calls promptly. But I do believe they are not forthcoming with information, they tell me I am nearing the end of my settlement yet it’s been two months later. In addition the hospital has threatened to send my medical bills to collections, my own health insurance paid for some of the bills and I received another bill this week for $2,000 all which should be covered by an accident back in December 2023, that was not my fault. I was hit in the back by a drunk driver. I will also post my initial review that I foolishly took down thinking things would be better and I would have my settlement by now. The lawyer Dan, and his assistant Sara both told me 30 days maybe up to 90 days and once the insurance gets all the information they respond quickly. Now they are saying it could take however long it depends on the insurance company and they do what they want and it’s out of their control. Well, if I knew that I would have settled with the insurance myself because by state law they have to respond or they can be reported. I know they should know about this. I understand I’m not the only client, but I believe with a small case like mine I should have been settled. I would never recommend anyone to take this route unless you absolutely know what you are getting into. I regret I did not do my due diligence. It’s not worth it so I am now going to set up payment plans with the hospital so my medical bills do not go to collections because at this point my settlement may not come until a year or so. So, word of advice just handle it yourself because you cannot wait on these guys.
