My boyfriend has been trying and trying to contact them ,but to no avail. He has been given the run around for over a year. Recently he was told we sent you the deposit already which he had never received. Now they are telling him the check is in the mail, He is still waiting. This is really causing him unnecessary stress. If the case has been settled months ago where is his settlement?

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Schuerger Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. After being involved in a car accident, she reached out to me first and got me signed up quickly. Initially, I felt reassured, but my experience quickly turned negative. Once I signed up, she went completely ghost, not answering my calls or providing updates on my case. The lack of communication and transparency about my situation has been frustrating and stressful. I expected a professional who would guide me through this difficult time, but instead, I was left in the dark. I do not recommend Schuerger Shunnarah Trial Attorneys to anyone looking for reliable and transparent legal assistance.

My account manager, Eric Sandusky, was extremely helpful in paying off a two-year-old medical bill. He helped me form a plan that will have me finishing pay it off within a year! Plus, he was really friendly and made me feel like I was talking to someone trying to help me rather than a debt collector. Hats off to him! I did have a few times where my card was overcharged or a payment came through on the wrong date, which is the only thing that is making me give them four stars. But those problems were solved pretty quickly!

This was the BEST lawyers office ever!! The whole firm was a BIG help and did a great job.. I would like to give a special thanks to Linda Reid she was the best very patient with me and kept me updated every step of the way.. I’ve referred 3 people and would refer anyone thanks again.

Please stop advertising via digital read out on car radio screens.

These People got a hold Of me on the phone after a wreck, and when I questioned their validity I asked the person on the phone if they read their reviews And they told me not to read reviews that they weren’t helpful. Definitely a scam

Sarah, my point of contact rarely answers the phone and definitely doesn’t return calls. Says to call when I want updates on my case but what’s the point if you don’t answer

Linda Reid was so very helpful she kept me updated the entire time and put me at ease with the entire process she was amazing . Highly recommend using them .

I would like to thank Ms.Sara E &MS.Geneis P for all the hard work they did on my case to get something for a accident I was in tht wasn't my fault due to me being the passenger in this accident and for not letting me get screwed over 🙃 I really appreciate they hard work if it wasn't for them working with me I probably wouldn't hav known wht to do but they can though as much as they could do for me it paid off some I'm still in pain some but as I go on in life I continue to be bless overall I'm just happy I'm here to talk about it and they went above and beyond especially Ms. Sara and I truly truly thank you for the everytime I call her she was willing to talk with me and explain things to me about my case and MS.Geneis did her part to ensure I would get something from the accident so I thank u both for all you guys did for me and if anyone needs help in their case I can say work with this law firm they will do all they can do to help you out Once again Thanks for everything

Sarah was my caseworker, she’s very courteous and helpful during the process of getting things together and finishing up. I’m not the most patient person or have legal experience but Sarah answered and delivered results as well delt with my grumpy attitude At times. Appreciate you Miss take care of yourself!👍
