Mr brad symogi from KNR failed to do his job correctly. KNR was retained for a wrongful death suit and they handled probate court. On several occasions I recieved letters to remove me as fidicuary of the estate because they were not filing things timely. Can be verified on probate website. Mr symogi failed to disclose vehicals in probate court. states he did not know about them. however we have SEVERAL emails discussing them. I now have 3 vehicles. I can not transfer to my child with out paying another lawyer. He refuses to fix it.He returned my call after leaving a bad google review. i have 12 minute and 37 second recording of our conversation, in which my coworkers were also present for and heard the whole conversation in which he proceeds to tell me to retain him to fix his error, tells me he will not help me fix it until I remove my bad review I made and then makes the statement this is turning into a karen situation. He refuses to let me speak to supervisor or transfer to. States hes already spoke to him. This can all be confirmed by the recording
