I'm OK

I just hired KNR for my case and some these bad reviews are ridiculous, these lawyers are in the business of trying to settle your case for the most money they can get you, the more money they make for you the more the make for themselves, just think about that foe a moment. You can"t please everyone even if they did a good job, there are still miserable people who would still give a bad review. You can"t please everyone. I realize these things take time and they problem got heavy case loads, so they may not be able to get to everyone on the same day, but you can't think they don't have you r best interest at hesrt, anyone who don't call them because of a bad review is making a mistale, they are not here to hurt you, I read some of the bad reviews and that made me want to use them even more, I know I'm in good hands.

I have been working with KNR since my accident in February. I never got to speak with my attorney Matt Walker or my paralegal Alex and left many messages and sometimes wait days for a call back. I finally sign the papers for a settlement and was told it would only take a total of 7 to 10 days now I am being told it could be the end of the month before I see my check. After all of this I am happy ro report that one of the owners had his assistant reach out to explain things to me and apologize and now I am very pleased to say I am much happy with the company. I would recomend this Firm to all. I had a problem and it was quickly resolved. Thank you.

Everyone was very nice

Called to ask about my incident. Lawyer barely spent 30 seconds to tell me he wouldn't take my case. Apparently there wasn't enough money involved? or more thought into the case than he cared to put into a case.

Terrible experience the representative was rude and very bossy.She didn't keep me updated and they dropped my case without even telling me why.Very unprofessional!

Finalized my case was very pleased for the most part.
