I had a great experience with this law firm... They did what they needed to in a quickly manor ... Right after I was finished with my first I got into another wreck and they was on my case in seconds

I used this firm after a small accident last year. They were very helpful dealing with my insurance company, they even sorted everything out with the doctor. Even when the insurance was slow to respond, I knew I didn't have to worry about it at all because the lawyer and paralegal were helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend this firm to anyone.

My attorney was very slow in communications and he took his precious time when it came to settling. By the time I wised up enough to find another attorney they were settling my case and I was very unhappy with what I got.... the whole experience was mediocre at best, what annoyed me the most was that they had someone sit in with me during my so called "anonymous" review and it was so intimidating that I couldn't even write the real review that I wanted to write..am sure if I had written a bad review, they would have tossed it out.. I would not recommend their service to anyone....

I would not recommend this law firm to anybody, I had a accident on the first of April, went to the er one time opened a case with this law firm at the chiropractor. I was done at the end of May, I contacted them to let them know to close the case they kept it open for 2mnths without me knowing, contacted them again still nothing everytime I get info I contact them now I'm still waiting on an answer, they keep giving me bs it shouldn't take this long now they waiting on paper work from medical...... Just straight bull for real

AVOID! Do not be fooled by their commercials - these people aren't interested in helping anyone unless it's a million dollar case, and they don't return calls. There a LOT of better law firms in Columbus, I found a great one who jumped on my case.

I wanted to warn anyone and everyone who might be considering giving this law firm a call. Their adds on t.v. are a complete joke. My 8 yr old son was in a car accident over the summer and was taken to the hospital by squad. After enduring that terrifying day and following up with his pediatrician later on, I decided to call KNR about a month after the accident. Before I had even made up my mind on whether or not to hire them they were sending someone out to have me sign papers. After that the only communication I had with anyone at that office was usually by me contacting them. My son still has anxiety issues to this day whenever he rides in a car. I was finally told that he would get $1,000 compensation and that it wasn't worth anymore than that. Several weeks later I was able to actually pick the check up and it was only $760, and I was tricked into signing a paper stating that I would handle the "self pay" bills which totalled up to over $800. Therefore, the money they got for my son wasn't even enough to pay for his medical bills caused by the accident. I was played. They knew I was in a tough spot and by dragging the case out it only made things worse and made me want to get it over with. Things were NOT fully explained to me and I feel like they took advantage of me and my son. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this group!!! Do NOT hire them under the assumption that they can get you more money for your case because the truth is they will only take your money and screw you over!
