We had Parks and Meade draft up estate planning documents for us (wills, power of attorney, living wills, etc.). They walked us through the entire process to assure we understood everything. Even though we did this remotely (we live in Cleveland their offices are in Columbus) they were timely and communicative and made the process painless. It was a great value for what we received, and an even greater peace of mind.

I came to Kelly for estate planning after being encouraged to get a will in place. Even though I’m young and healthy, things can change in an instant and I wanted to make sure my family wasn’t left with any further difficulties. Communication was prompt and Kelly made sure to assist me with making the best decisions. I appreciated how realistic he was and that he didn’t overcharge me.

I have known Kelly Parks for over 5 years and have worked closely with him in various capacities. Most notably, I worked with him as he provided pro-bono legal counsel for over 20 refugees seeking asylum within the United States. During that time, we had to work with extremely sensitive cases in a high-pressure environment that constantly changed. This demanded that Mr. Parks be dynamic and proactive, yet also flexible enough to navigate the particular challenges of each case. Well if you won’t over billed under represented kelly is your guy, they will talk to you nice to get you in the door all you get is bills for work they never did, I hired them to file a motion for visitation but over $7000 later and keep asking for more money with no results, I have to go to 3rd floor self help and 169 filing fee resolved it, so save your money go to the self help in the court you will do a lot better results Than this firm and the secretary will hound you for payments for work they didn’t do so if you are a father have family issue or a mother with the same issue, save the headache and money that you going to lose, go to the self help do your research you will do a lot better.
