Hired Mr. Sethna and his team in 2021 for my spouse immigration case, they’ve been great help in this process. Mr. sethna’s team is great specially Elizabeth, she helped a lot with all the paperwork and every single detail. Farhad himself answered questions for us too, anytime we needed to know something they answered us quickly and very responsive. Will recommend Farhad and his team to anyone for sure.

Farhad was meticulous in the long and tedious process of submitting an I-130 petition for alien relative and subsequent I-601 religious and moral waiver which were both approved. He was prompt in submitting documents to the USCIS and NVC. Farhad and Elizabeth helped us with the paperwork, prepare for our interview and answered any questions they could. Elizabeth was also wonderful to work with. Overall, we are happy with their work and are glad that my spouse finally made it to the US.

I have used several immigration lawyers over the past few years and Mr. Sethna's firm is by far the best. The process for green card was quick and painless using their service. They managed to fix a few errors that would have caused problems later. The result was a 2 month approval time. If you're new to immigration, know that it's a mine field and if you get a small thing wrong, you will be in court with the federal government. It's best to hire an immigration lawyer; I will use his services again for the citizenship process.
