Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced in the criminal justice system, able to effectively defend cases
“He is vastly knowledgeable in the inner workings of the justice system. Experienced, dedicated and empathetic, he will do his best to defend your case, and make you feel you have someone in your corner.”
2
Cares about his clients and works to improve their lives beyond just the legal case
“George is incredibly perceptive about the dynamics of peoples lives and he is impeccably informed about the law and our judicial system. He employs his perception and skills to not only provide the best defense for his clients but goes beyond to do his best to improve their lives - and often does exactly that.”
3
Effective at getting positive outcomes for clients, even in challenging federal cases
“George jumped into action, knew exactly what to do, knew the prosecutor and judge, and got results. I'd hire George again. He's smart, hard working, effective and cares about you.”
4
Especially skilled at handling cases involving veterans and PTSD
“George was able to use his experience with veterans and the VA to present treatments for me to the Judge which resulted in a sentence for treatment that has had a positive effect on my life. To my knowledge there has never in the history of Federal Court been such a sentence handed down.”
Cons
1
Can be disorganized and not always follow through on tasks
“George will return your calls, but he never has anything together. Just walk into his office- that'll explain where he's at in his mind. It's a complete disaster. He was supposed to find out several things pertaining my case & he failed.”
2
Can be difficult to communicate with, described as "whispering" and talking more about other cases than the client's
“For 2- He is not a "voice"- in fact they call him "whispering George." He talks about other peoples situations (very unprofessional) rather than yours- giving example after example.”
