Linda and her firm has helped my daughter and i through tragic times in which we are forever grateful for. My daughter was charged in Summit county with a 1st degree felony of aggravated burglary, domestic violence, assault, and criminal damaging. The case went on for a long time with the possibility of trial and caused a great deal of stress on us but Linda always worked her magic even before we were near the end. Hello, my name is Tyler and I have received more help than I could ask for from Malek's Law Firm over the last several months. If I had one thing to say about Linda Malek's Law Firm and team you will NOT be failed or disappointed. Linda and her team are workaholics and incredibly smart. They all pay very close attention to detail, and dig deep into laws and all facts. In March of 2022, Ohio passed Senate Bill 215 (Constitutional Carry) and around the same time I purchased a new handgun and holster for conceal carry. I did not have a CCW or a permit and I was under the assumption the bill takes immediate effect. Two days after the purchase, I was driving home while carrying my new firearm in my holster and was pulled over by a Cuyahoga Falls Police Officer for a head light that was out. As soon as the officer approached me, he said my headlight was completely out and immediately I informed him I had a firearm on me. He asked me why I had a firearm without a CCW or a permit. I told him because Constitutional Carry just passed. He informed me the bill doesn't go into effect until June 13th 2022, then laughs. When the second unit arrived on scene, the officer confiscates my firearm then they cuffed me and stuffed me into the cruiser. They booked me in Cuyahoga Falls jail and charged me with two felonies and a misdemeanor: Improper Handling Of A Firearm in a motor vehicle, Carrying Concealed Weapon, and Lighted Lights. I spent the night in the clink behind bars. Fortunately for me, I got in contact with Linda Malek's Law Firm shortly after and was in good hands. After the body cam and dash cam came back, turns out I never had a headlight out and the phony officer had made several bold lies. I was mistaken for Senate Bill 215 not taking effect immediately, but was wrongfully stopped without probable cause by Cuyahoga Falls Police. Linda Malek and her team worked extremely hard on this case. After six months and several court dates, Linda Malek and her team had beat this case and got both of my felonies completely dismissed. Also my firearm has been returned and I got everything immediately expunged. I can not thank the Malek Law Firm enough for all the hard work they've done for me which has set me up for a happy and successful future.

My case was at Barberton Municipal Court and it was Second OVI charge with in 10 years !! The case was dropped and on top of that I’m a Cdl driver !! Linda Malek and her team are very professional and hard working. I had two theft charges from 16 years ago. I moved out to California and came back 16 years later. I hired an attorney and what a horrible experience 4 months went by and he did absolutely nothing. I found Linda and she went right to work. (meant the world to me) Needless to say the outcome couldn't of been better. Linda got the hole case dismissed, no probation nor even fines.
