She is an amazing defense attorney, always up front and honest. If you have any charges against you I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. She works hard and works for your best interest. She knows what she is doing and I have highly recommended her to all of my friends if they ever get in a little bit of trouble. I was accused of a very minor theft charge and she was able to have the case dropped. I am a very nervous person (when it comes to stuff like this) and along the way she explained everything to me and was able to answer all of my question in a way that was reassuring and in a way that was never being talked down to. She took what would normally be a very bad experience and made it as easy and stress free as possible. Very professional, lots of experience in summit county, amazing at responding to you.

It was incredibly irresponsible and dumb for me to get a DUI. Very dumb!! However, it was incredibly fortunate that I selected Linda Malek to represent me. She is terrific both as an attorney and as a compassionate person! I can say without question that she has every positive attribute credited to her in the previous reviews… plus some. Linda “walked” me through the process at a time when my anxiety was at fever pitch; my fears of the unknown were working on my mind continuously and I was very nervous. While working with her she displayed confidence that she would do the absolute best for me which and she did. To say the least: I was MORE than satisfied. There was a huge hill to climb to getting me out of trouble that could jeopardize my future in many ways.
