I was in an accident in September 2017. Hit broadside. Several people recommended I get a lawyer because of my injuries. DGM&S was close to me and agreed to take my case. I had to e-mail and call constantly to get updates and statuses. Calls were seldom returned. After 11 months the other driver's insurance offered a measly settlement and DGM&S recommended I request litigation. After several weeks I finally called my litigation team as they never contacted me. That person recommended I accept the offer and forget about it. Very unprofessional and a waste of money and time. Should never take a year to settle a minor case. If I could give negative rating I would.

I came in to get help with social security. I also needed help with implants an loosing it, finding out years afterward. Being told by patients an service members to help me know what I should have been told years prior. Like 1990 or 1992 when I hired an Attorney who did nothing on my facial reconstruction an all testing results he sent me for. Instead he became City prosecutor for Troy Court. In 1993. Knowing all test results he sent me for. Then in 2011 I saw him as judge in Troy. While I sat confused in a shelter. I had called that office he was an Attorney for an when the eldest member of firm died my records were put in storage. The General Attorney s office told me nothing was done on my case number. I need to know my case is going to be handled. I left a orbital x-ray with your office, showing 2 implants. One going down into my retina An the other in my sinus cavity, an I can't tell but something is in my ear. ok an chest after heart ablasion in 2006.

I had talked to someone who had used this company twice in the past. They highly recommended them. We were in a serious accident so I decided to trust them to help us with settling our case. The accident was over a year and a half ago and still no settlement. My calls are never returned. It is like pulling teeth to get any information about my case. They keep telling me they can't get the doctors to sent them the reports. When I check with the doctors they give me dates, times and names of when the reports were signed for by DGM&S staff. I seem to have a different contact person everytime I talk to someone. If I need a lawyer in the futureit won't be anyone in this office.

Terribly disappointed in the lack of communicatuon, rude and unprofessional attitude of the assistants, and overall lack of desire to get a case closed in a reasonable amount of time. I had previously interacted with this company and was nothing but happy but this time I cannot say the same.

Insurance companies can be a hassle when you try to take them on yourself. Dyer Garofalo Mann & Schultz stepped in and took over. They handled everything from the very beginning. The entire group is amazing! Not only did they fight for me, they were very supportive through the whole process! I definitely give them five stars and would recommend them to everyone!
