My experience with your firm was very satisfying..Attorney Matt Notaro and Vicki Robb always kept me updated on my case. If I had questions, they always got back with me in a timely manner. With this virus going around it seems as though they didn’t even won’t to even deal with my case.

I was in a motorcycle accident and decided to use the xenia office because its closer to where I live. Long story short, after about a year I ended up signing a big check from the insurance company. They took all of the money and left me with maybe 5% of that insurance check which was pretty much nothing. Now mind you I was 100% not at fault and told I had some good money coming my way. Looking back, I should have either handled it myself or gone with another law firm.

After I was involved in an automobile over bicycle accident, I turned the claim over to Dyer, Garofalo, Mann, & Schultz. I must say I was greatly relieved that they handled all details of the claim. It means a lot during recovery not to have to handle negotiations with insurance companies and medical entities. My legal team handled all aspects of the somewhat lengthy claim process in a professional and expert manner. They were also friendly and courteous in their dealings with me. With Dayton as the center of cycling in Ohio, it's good to know someone has our back. Many thanks to my legal team: Matt, Vicki, and Lori. Great job!

Fired Brian Haren and DGMS, for what was in my opinion a gross mishandling of my Personal Injury Case. After speaking with David Marquis about my concerns, and receiving no assistance, I felt it was best to terminate DGMS. In my opinion, you should keep looking elsewhere, not be fooled by the glitzy commercials, and hire a better lawfirm. Otherwise, you'll immediately come to regret the decision. Poor communication. Good luck getting ahold of attorney. You're a number here not a client. Brian Haren payed a medical bill at full face value, without my consent, after instructing me in writing the bill would be held. Only to apologize about accidentally paying the bill, then blaming his paralegal, and telling me tough luck. The response from Dyer (Brian Haren) is nonsense. The 1 star reviews here are an accurate reflection of this firms work. Don't believe me, go ahead and hire them. You'll regret that decision the minute you sign on the dotted line.

Settlement was not what was promised, and it took 3 years to settle out on a motorcycle claim.
