I called to explained my case to Dwight Brannon, based on that information he told me to come in for an appt. His tardiness was not an issue as much as him seeming to forget and dismiss our previous conversation where he said I should come in to discuss more. He walked in, I gave 20 sec spill to remind him of case, he asked what is it I want him to do because it will be $20k to retain his services. Well the whole point was to determine what, if anything could be done and if nothing could be done he could have saved us both time wasted and let me know his dissinterest over the phone. Very insincere and cold demeanor.

I would definitely recommend this firm. On two separate instances, I needed legal help, one for a relative and one for a friend. Was immediately connected with attorney who graciously answered my questions. Connected with relative, arranged their calendar to be at the court date that was days away. Relative was not a nervous, attorney was respectful, and provided sound legal advice. Will definitely call this firm again.

Emily was extremely attentive and quick to respond whenever I called about my custody case for my daughter. She was completely supportive and understanding not only through the whole process, but even almost a year later when I called her with new questions. Not once did she make me feel insecure or intimidated in any conversation we have had. Emily still to this day has never hesitated to go above and beyond to help me and my family. Going through a divorce is one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. Emily, has walked hand in hand with me through the experience. She has taken the time to explain all of my options and understand my concerns. What sets Emily a part from the rest is her ability to empathize. She takes the time to get know my situation in order to zealously advocate on my behalf. I am truly blessed to have her representing me.

Would not hire!! Emily did not disclose until at least three months into my case with MCCS for custody of my 18 month old grandson that she was in the process of becoming a MCCS foster parent---apparently conflict of interest is not worth reveling to a client. I was billed for actions she took two days after I fired her. And I did fire her after she told me--just before a court hearing while we were outside the court room--that she couldn't get me custody but would try to get me visitation rights--which I already had. What a waste of $2500 and six months when I could have been working with an attorney not in cahoots with MCCS. In my opinion not a good attorney .
