I grew up in Dayton, Ohio during the 1970's. At that time the law firm of Rion, Rion, & Rion led by John H. Rion was THE law firm to retain. The name Rion, Rion, & Rion commanded immediate respect throughout the entire legal community. Well, here we are in 2017 with Jon Paul Rion (son) at the helm and they have not missed a beat. Jon Paul is nothing short of a strategic master whose vision and wisdom is nothing short of eerie. We were fortunate to have Jon Paul bring his father (John H.) in to consult on our case. Jon Paul recently told me that he had just attended a conference with 100 of the greatest legal minds in the country in attendance. He neglected to mention that he was raised by one of those such minds in his own household (his Dad). It is an unforgettable experience to see what happens when the two of them walk into a courtroom together. I refer to them as my 'Michael and Gabriel'. The legal knowledge,wisdom, and understanding that Jon Paul brings to the table combined with his authentic and heartfelt compassion for his clients coupled with the fact that he is extraordinarily liked and appreciated by the legal community makes for a 'Royal Flush' ( don't underestimate the power of the fact that people truly like and respect him). He is a MASTER negotiator. Bottom line, my family feels blessed and special to have him as our attorney. Jon Paul, his father, and his entire firm makes the 'impossible' 'possible'. As a criminal defense lawyer for two decades, I feel it necessary to write this review about Rion, Rion, & Rion. I have worked with John and Jon Paul on numerous occasions on very difficult cases. Without hesitation, these guys and their firm are top notch. They have obtained more Not Guilty verdicts than most lawyers have even tried cases. If anyone were to ask me for a lawyer in a highly contested case, these are the guys that I would say to call.

Blessed to have David by my side. Very happy with services. David has stuck by my side through one of THE most tangled messes a probate court sees. His quick wit and nonstop approach has untangled a giant mess in a very short period of time. He listens...but what's more...he "hears you", he cares, he will always have your back!!! The best lawyers in town!!!!

If you want a good attorney Frank is it, he's as as good a lawyer as there is in Dayton bar none. He has represented members of my family several times over the last 15 years and has always done exemplary work. He's honest, reasonable, easy to communicate with, whip smart and won't gouge, over charge or take you for granted. If you need strong, first rate legal representation I highly recommend Frank Malocu.

Absolute joke...Handled a personal injury case for me. Did a grrrreat job...other than the fact my medical bills were NOT PAID! Not kidding. Found this out a few years later when a judgement was put on me for said bills and hurt my credit. Have went back and forth with his secretary for a year or more and she still cant tell me what happened...Meanwhile, they keep giving me the run around and trying to "figure it out" instead of just paying the 4k, figuring it out their damn self, and getting the judgement off of me. But nooooooo! Guess i will pay it myself and sue them for that plus all the extra interest i have paid on loans because of the ONE ding on my credit. Does anyone else find this ridiculous? Steer clear....Bet someone calls me back now! See how this works? This is my first action Alana. Next will be a lawyer
