I have to honestly say that hiring Frank Malocu to represent my son for a Federal case that he was charged with was the worst decision that we could have every made for My son! It was a complete waste of money! He tried to convince my son to take a plea offer to take 13 years and he told him that this was the best offer that he would be able to get! Thank God that my son decided to fire Mr. Malocu and he put his faith in God! In conclusion he was appointed another attorney attorney which was God sent an she clearly knew the Federal Law System unlike Mr. Malocu she is an awesome Attorney and she was able to the get my son 5 years! People what ever you do please don't trust this man with your loved ones future because he doesn't care about the client he only sees $$$$$$ signs! I wouldn't hire him for a Federal Case if he was for free! I hope this review helps one determine if they will hire him or not! By the way my son was innocent of the charge that Mr. Malocu tried to get him to plea to! Thank God that in the end we made the right choice to fire Frank! Also he isn't consistent in meeting with client and he dodges phone calls! After receiving thousands of dollars he applied effortless work ethic!
