Dalma Grandjean showed up 45 minutes late to court, with her hair messed up, stack of ruffled papers, completely unprepared, provided no defense and told me to plea guilty resulting in the judge charging me horribly.... After she had been paid many thousands of dollars to defend me.

Mr. Certo held up my divorce for several months, failed to correct demographic information on a form after I gave it to him, never explained his fees beyond "I charge $250 an hour" but charged $125 for brief email exchanges (so either he thinks slowly or he types slowly). Finally, on the day of my divorce after 33 years, he expected me to listen to him whine about travel delays returning from a trip to Hilton Head.

Mr. Certo spent more time worrying about higher profile cases than mine. Often going months without even a status update. I often found that I was updating Mr. Certo of the status of my case instead of him updating me. Mr. Certo was over confident in his knowledge of the law and under prepared in his execution to what should have been an open and close case against an unrepresented defendant. This over confidence led to a custody case that drug on for 2 years ending in unfavorable results.
